EUROCONTROL is a company founded in 1980, on the initiative of a group of technicians skilled in non-destructive examinations, who set out to offer an efficient, serious, timely and high quality service on behalf of a third parties.

Quality management policy.

EUROCONTROL s.r.l. has as its main objective to guarantee the full satisfaction of the expressed and implicit needs of its Customers.
This objective is pursued by offering and guaranteeing an effective and efficient service, ensuring the pursuit and maintenance of health and safety conditions in the workplace, both for the people who work under the control of EUROCONTROL and for citizens, in addition to respect for the environment in terms of environmental impact.
In particular, the Organization undertakes to achieve the following objectives:

  • Comply with applicable legislative requirements and other requirements that the company subscribes to;
  • Spread the culture of Quality at the various levels of the organization and prevent, with awareness-raising, empowerment and continuous training of collaborators;
  • Communicate its policy at all corporate levels and to those who work for the organization;
  • Maintain the management system adequate, efficient and effective in order to be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and/or constraints external to the organization;
  • Continuous commitment by the Management to provide the resources necessary to maintain good professional practice and the quality of the tests;
  • Ensure that the tests are carried out in accordance with the defined and validated methods;
  • Evaluate the level of service offered, annually, during the Management Review phase;
  • Provide high-quality services to meet the needs of its Clients and the Supervisory Authorities;
  • Increase the trust of acquired Customers by satisfying their needs;
  • Increase the number of orders acquired and the number of Customers through the quality of results, improvement of the service offered and attention to environmental and safety issues;
  • Improve internal management and therefore the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standards and for the laboratory in compliance with the UNI CEI EN ISO /IEC 17025:2018 standard, the relevant Accredia Regulations and all mandatory requirements regarding the environment, prevention and safety at work;
  • Comply with the requirements of the Certification and Accreditation Bodies;
  • Analyze the dangers and related risks of each work activity;
  • Analyze the causes of accidents and incidents;
  • Inform and train workers in safety and environmental matters and professional updating;
  • Respect for delivery times and compliance of the service offered;
  • Not take on assignments that could involve the laboratory in activities that would diminish trust in its independence of judgment, competence and integrity.
  • Ensure the managerial independence and autonomy of its Customers and Suppliers with the Company.
  • Address risks and opportunities, including those that fall within the scope described above, i.e. the risk of impartiality; in this case the Laboratory must intervene appropriately to eliminate or minimize this risk and continuously monitor the progress of such Risks.
  • Ensure, through its Policy and specific Procedures, the correct treatment of information relating to Customers with the application of the principles of ethics and confidentiality and ensure systematic control of computer data using security methods managed with access passwords and traceability of access.
  • Keep confidential information relating to the customer obtained from sources other than the customer himself (for example complaints, authorities in the legislative field); keep confidential the identity of the person who provided such information (the source) and not reveal it to the customer, unless agreements have been made with the source itself.
  • Communicate with a written note to its Customers and Suppliers (Doc. “Privacy-Information to the Customer/Supplier”) - as well as to other interested parties (such as, for example, workers) - how and for what purposes Eurocontrol manages the data processing, reserving to everyone the right to object according to their rights as established by Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

EUROCONTROL is committed to ensuring the knowledge, understanding, dissemination and sharing of its quality policy at all levels of the organization in the belief that this constitutes a growth factor for the corporate culture and a competitive advantage in the satisfaction of its Customers and interested parties; furthermore (aware of the importance of information and transparency), it is committed to making its commitment public, giving appropriate publicity to its corporate policy among Customers, suppliers and the public. The correct and safe management of company activities is an integral part of the company policy.
It ensures the verification of the achievement of objectives and guarantees the continuous suitability of the policy through periodic audits, the identification of appropriate corrective and/or improvement interventions, the annual Management Review and the Document System Review.
Precisely in relation to the QMS Improvement Objectives, the indicators and objectives related to the annual monitoring of Customer Satisfaction have also been identified by establishing the related expected values ​​and such data will be managed, as already foreseen for the other processes, in the summary table of the QMS Improvement Objectives.
The EUROCONTROL Company has equipped itself with equipment and instruments that satisfy the quality requirements imposed by the Quality Policy, and also has sufficiently spacious and equipped premises to be able to operate with the necessary guarantees.
The Company's staff is in sufficient number to guarantee the correct and timely execution of the activities and tests requested by Customers.
Furthermore, the Management ensures its commitment to:

  1. the Laboratory operates in compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2018
  2. the personnel are not subject to any undue pressure or commercial, financial or other influence, internal or external, that may influence the quality of the work, impartiality in judgment or professional integrity
  3. all complaints or reports from the Customer are taken into consideration and managed
  4. all Customers are made aware of the reasons why Eurocontrol operates in compliance with the EN ISO IEC 17025 standard and the importance of being able to use an Accredited service
  5. when any aspect of the testing and/or calibration activities, or the results of these activities, are not in compliance with its procedures or the requirements agreed with the Customer, Eurocontrol immediately takes action to: 
  1. assign responsibilities and authorities for the management of non-compliant activities;
  2. define and take appropriate actions when a non-compliant activity is identified;
  3. carry out an assessment of the significance of non-conforming activities;
  4. take timely corrective action, together with any decision on the acceptability of the non-conforming activity;
  5. if necessary, inform the Client and/or stop the work;
  6. define the responsibility for authorizing the resumption of activities.
